Overall, it’s brilliant base for exploring Taunton tourist places. Good to have a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The terrace is top, has lake views. The apartment has unbeatable close to the river.

Location was great, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere. Cooking on the fire pit was a unique and enjoyable experience, adding to the overall relaxation.

The shower was a major letdown, as it only stayed hot for a maximum of two minutes before turning freezing cold. This was due to the fire from the gas bottle continuously going out, requiring us to restart the shower multiple times.
